Staging will help ensure your home looks its peak attractiveness while highlighting its best features.

While your home is on the market, our goal is to make potential buyers feel like they could live there, and the finest way to do this is to neutralize the surroundings.

The following is a list of great styling suggestions to help put your home in prime showing shape!

Cleaning and Repairs:

__   Clear out your closets and clutter. Ensure valuables are placed in a safe location
__   Remove personal items in your home like family photos, souvenirs, and valuables which are in plain sight
__   Put away large items such as porcelains, plates and vases to create more space
__   Make small repairs to faucets, squeaking doors and fences

Highlight:

__   Focus on highlighting the most visible areas in your home (kitchen, living room, master suite, family room etc.)
__   Use as much natural light as possible
__   Do not cook anything that will leave an odor (fish, garlic etc)
__   Neatly arrange fresh flowers throughout your home

Organization:

__   Set the dining room table with attractive linens and dishes
__   Uses mirrors to help smaller rooms look more open

Seasonal:

__   In the summer, water your grass and garden 30 minutes before an open house- this will make your lawn sparkle
__   In the winter, make sure all driveways and walkways are clear of snow and ice
